FOOD

A typical breakfast is made up of Terere (a mixture of herbs and cold water) and Chipa (yuca starch bread and eggs, cheese and milk) or Mbeju (a starch cake that is like a cross between a omelette and a pancake). Lunch and dinner can include Bori Bori (A soup with dumplings in it), Empanadas (sometimes in sandwiches), and many other foods.
